My partner and I recently stayed at La Selva Premium, and I must say, the hospitality was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm from the staff, making me feel instantly welcomed and valued as a guest. We were upgraded to a balcony suite and it was everything. The property itself is very close to the old quarters and is walkable to every shop.

We really enjoyed our stays here. We extended several times directly with the hotel around our trips to Sapa and Ninh Binh. The staff were lovely and really made our experience here. The rooms we opted for were the double with and without window, which were larger than most in Hanoi of the same categories. The hotel is situated in a good location and I would stay here again as it was good value for money too

Highly recommend. All the wonderful staff treated us like family. They booked our tours and transport and kept us updated on eta. They also checked in with us to make sure we had made the connections. The tours they booked for us were of a high standard and very enjoyable. Welcomed us back from our tour and were very interested in our experience. Rooms are a high standard as well as a fantastic breakfast with everything you would expect. Would be an excellent property if they sorted out the hot water issue. Really difficult to get a constant temperature in the shower. You spend more time trying to stop the water from being scalding hot or freezing cold. I stayed in 3 different rooms, which all had the same problem. Other than issue, the place and staff are excellent.
