Very private, very clean, views were amazing and great security. The staff was very attentive and gracious! If staying longer than 3 days make sure reception knows and ask for fresh towels and room upkeep. One lot from the beach therefore access to beach is end of street (sometimes big trash containers are present) via a short ally. Walking to town via beach 20min. we loved it!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié notre séjour dans ce studio offrant une vue imprenable sur la mer et un accès très facile à la plage. Tout est propre, neuf et bien aménagé. La literie est très confortable, la cuisine est bien équipée, et la salle de bains offre tout le confort moderne. La résidence est au calme.
À noter toutefois son éloignement du centre de Puerto Morelos (Uber ou taxi nécessaire).
Je n’ai pas compris pourquoi un message m’a été adressé par une agence immobilière, avant mon arrivée, pour me demander de m’enregistrer en ligne et de payer une somme d’argent (s’il s’agissait d’une caution, cela n’était pas clair). Mes demandes d’explication à ce sujet sont restées sans réponse.
