Maria at the reception is an incredible host who offered the best recommendations for places to eat, attractions to see, and how to get there. We loved our stay there and treasured every moment. The staff were all very kind and we highly recommend the pickup/drop off service for the airport directly to/from the hotel.

Highly recommended
Fantastic stay, especially if you’re trying to do Santorini on a budget. You don’t get a caldera view from your room, but if you leave the hotel and walk for 30 seconds you have an unbelievably perfect view of the caldera that’s not too crowded even at sunset. The walk to downtown Fira is short but steep, which wasn’t a problem for us but might not be great if you have mobility issues. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Unless you’re willing to spend 3-4x as much money, I highly doubt you will find a better place to stay in the Fira area.
