My wife and I got the "Panoramic Ocean Balcony Junior Suite" and it was definitely worth the price at $133USD/night (we stayed 2026/09/05-2026/09/11... exchange rate roughly 17MXN/1USD). Cold room, TV, Wifi, cleaned daily, working shower/toilet. Less than 20 meters to the beach. Nice little pool overlooking the beach with a restaurant/Wifi. Really friendly/attentive staff. Tons of awesome bars/restaurants within walking distance.

We just had a wonderful honeymoon! Everyone was soo kind and helpful! The location is directly on the beach! The rooms have an ocean view! The pool/beach staff made our days fun, especially Jose and the bartender we had this past week! Walk to all shopping, restaurants and bars! It’s a steal at $77/day!

I would have a very difficult time recommending this hotel to anyone due to the fact that we did not get the room we paid for. To add insult to injury, the front desk clerk attempted to downgrade us further and was extremely arrogant and condescending. We travel extensively and I have never had an experience like this. My advice to anyone that is looking at booking this hotel is to book the least expensive room they offer, because if you choose the top floor upgrade you will not receive it. I am disgusted by the dishonesty
