The price was good. My room was clean and very basic. It had a mini-kitchen, but no pots, dishes, or utensils. There was no carpet. The mattress was surprisingly comfortable, and the A/C worked well. I booked for 2 people, but we only received one pillow. The towels were thin and small, but worked fine. The office hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you need help outside these hours, you can call the front desk. Pets are allowed, but no cats.

We arrived after hours but a quick call to the posted number brought a cheerful kind person to check us in. It is clean and I liked the way the furniture was arranged with dressers on each side of the bed. The toilet was not firmly fixed on the floor and wobbled. Strangely, there was no toilet paper. I am not sure if that was an oversight or par for extended stay places. It was inexpensive and for the price it was adequate

Not one of the best places I've been to, but it was okay for the price. The room was nice and clean but also smaller than other places l have been to. The only problems I had was the bathroom sink would get clogged up and the shower didn't have very good water pressure but I think that was because of the low quality shower head they were using. Overall, I think this place is good for only those who are on a tight budget. The important thing is it has everything you need like a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, queen size bed and TV.

First of all, the room had no trash receptacles...no trash cans, trash boxes...nothing. I had to use a plastic bag from the store to place my trash in for 3 nights. The lady at the front desk stated that they ordered trashcans because the guests keep taking them. Secondly, the bathroom looked like it hadn't been touched in days. There was a noticeable long, black hair on the shower handle. And when I complained about the dirty bathroom, they said they'd clean it up but when I returned to my room the hair seemed to be tucked behind the shower handle and not cleaned thoroughly. Third of all, the maintenance man power-washed the walkways and common areas in front of our doors while I was taking a nap. When I woke up, there were puddles of water in front of my door near the fridge where the water from outside made its way into my room. I went to complain at the front desk and they gave me towels to clean it up myself. The staff was nice and it looked like the boss and the boss's boss were present but when I complained about not having trash cans and the bathroom being dirty, they seemed either incredibly helpless or incredibly careless...I couldn't tell the difference. Then I thought to myself that if I would of done more research, then I probably wouldn't have stayed there in the first place. I feel sorry for the "residents" that live there because the service at this facility was a direct representation of how the management feels or felt about their customers. Tragic.....

I arrived shortly after 9:00 pm to discover that their office hours ended at 9:00. There was a number to call for checking in and the staff was quick to arrive. The room and linens were clean enough, but the room definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. There was no waste basket in the room at all. Not even in the bathroom. There was also no remote for the TV. The mattress had seen better days, but I didn’t experience any sleep fairly comfortably. It was an extended stay type of property and some of the obviously longer term guests felt a little sketchy for a woman traveling alone, but I didn’t experience any issues. I was however able to hear the guest in the next room snoring all night long, so thankfully it was only snoring. Checking out at 8:30 in the morning I had to again call the number as office hours didn’t start until 10:00. It sounded like I woke the person up.
