The check-in was a complete shambles as the hotel had not got any notice of my reservation. I booked with Expedia but they did not inform 365 who rent out the rooms. I had to wait in reception for 30 minutes. The receptionists at the hotel were absolutely brilliant in sorting it out via 365. I was very disappointed with Expedia. I'll think twice about booking with them again
