It was in a safe neighborhood. Can easily walk to the largest mall in Texas. The Galleria. Lots of shopping and food options close by. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was super attentive. Traffic in Houston is insane so having so many conveniences nearby it really wonderful. We stayed 3 days 2 nights.

What stood out most was the staff. Dom made my Valentine’s Day check-in smooth and welcoming, and every interaction since—from morning to noon to overnight staff—has been genuinely kind and professional. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. A place that truly makes guests feel valued.

The room seemed clean, but after looking more ibto detail there were bugs in the room, particulary in the bathroom, there is basically no breakfast, just a few bars, muffins and coffee, there was no wifi and the phone for the room didnt worked, the hotel has drastically dropped its quality from the time Marriot owned it, now that Extended Stay America owns it, its just a bad hotel now, i dont think im ever going to stay here again.

Staff was great but hotel was poor. Badly in need of an update and management has trimmed EVERYTHING they could. “Breakfast included” was a joke… bad coffee and a couple of packaged muffins. Room was large but sparse. It’s an “Extended Stay” hotel that did not have a single cup, dish, fork, etc in the room… not even a plastic water cup. Had to go to the lobby to get a simple cup. I would avoid this hotel on future visits.

First off they did not give me the room i asked for and when i was starting to drive from dallas to houston i called to confirm my room they confirm anyways i get there is not what i book and i was told the one i wanted had been booked for months. It was raining so the water was coming into the room i called from desk and they sent maintenance all he did was put a towel as a doormat to soak up the water. He said they didn't have enough buckets for a leak that was right by the door. The fire alarm thing was hanging off the ceiling and he couldnt fix it due to him not having the proper tools. Spiderweb on ceiling as well. NO BREAKFAST all they offer is coffee, "granola bars" and some muffins that who knows how long they were there. Beds need to be updated i could feel the spring on my back. Also front desk said no cleaning service, they only go every 14 days. You live and you learn. I wont book here again.
