The property is run down with a hole in bathroom door and no coffee pot in the room. The hairdryer did not work. Gary at the front desk was an absolute delight though. Enjoyed talking to him and sharing travel stories. They had decent priced washing and drying machines that looked brand new which I could see as a helpful amenity. Bed was comfy, sound of traffic a little loud, but one night stay after a Phillies game it got the job done!

Upon check-in the toilet seat fell off toilet when I sat on it, and when I went to spray the bed as I do with every hotel, guess what I found??? Yes, if you picked bed bugs, you'd be right. I found bedbugs. We immediately went to the front desk and checked out and went and checked into the Hilton Doubletree. That was my experience with this hotel.

My stay at this hotel was horrible. The property is extremely old and in poor condition. The balcony and paint are falling apart, the bathtub is dirty and yellowish, and the furniture and flooring are worn out. There is a gap in the door, allowing street noise inside that makes sleeping impossible at night. The bed quality is poor, and I question the cleanliness of the towels. The overall condition is very poor, and the website's description is completely misleading. I would give this a negative rating and plan to file a formal complaint.
