Decent parking and a short drive from the town for restaurants and pubs. Hotel had a good shower and a decent tv in the room. Bed wasn’t the best and the air conditioning turned off every 10 mins or so. It’s a decent hotel is you need a place to stay for a budget.

From the outside the hotel is starting to show its age but clearly there is refurbishment work ongoing. The public areas and rooms are spotless, well appointed and comfortable. The rooms are large and comfortable and we will use the hotel again

Arrived staff on reception very friendly booking in very quick, the room we had was very clean and the air conditioning was very efficient which was necessary as temp.was 80c. Their is no restaurant in the hotel but their are a number of places to eat near by. Although we were next to the reception there was very little noise. The car park is large and there is also an overflow car park. Although facilities are minimal this is reflected in the price which I considered reasonable. I would use this hotel again.

The check-in staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and had all the amenities. The bathroom was sparkling, the shower very good and there was a heated towel rail. The location is well signposted, has plenty of parking space and is an easy 15 minute walk from the centre of town.

Very basic offering and could do with a serious remake. Most of the areas I had visibility of were tired and a little grubby. On the upside, in the unusual heat the room had air conditioning and I was very comfortable during the evening bed and towels were clean and fresh. However as mentioned the carpet in the room was grubby and overall cleanliness in the bathroom was not great. Good enough for a budget short stay.

Rooms were nice and clean, check in swift and staff friendly. Had the worst nights sleep of my life though. Had to move rooms at 12am as couldn’t get to sleep in my first room due to a constant drone sound from a pump in the building. Reception staff moved me immediately. Finally settled down in the new room only for the fire alarm to go off at 2am. I’m sure my experience would’ve been fine had it not been for those problems

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel needs a refurb. The rooms are good and have the facilities that you need but things are a bit dated. We had a couple of issues but the staff dealt with them brilliantly. With some imagination this could become a go to place. Put a restaurant in, provide breakfast even if it's only continental. The hotel is only a ten minutes walk into Andover. The hotel has good parking facilities so with some TLC could do well.
