Fantastic location and all staff were friendly. Fantastic service. Slight hiccup with our room on the first day, however Lucus was fantastic dealing with it and it was resolved prompt. Janne, Mary, Marian (and one other lady, who joined us on the cruise, apologies forgot name) were welcoming, professional, friendly and very informative. Answered every question with the highest professionalism. Lover was outstanding customer service. Valuable asset to the team! Anna, Kelvin, Steven Angel and Ethan, brilliant! Honestly, special mention to Anna and Kelvin, the remembered my orders perfectly. Angel sunset cruise guide, Zandro boat captain, Jules sunset cruise guide all fantastic on the sunset cruise. Location is fantastic and food delicious. Pool incredible. All staff who I came in contact with made the trip special.

I loved this hotel it's just AMAZING.... Beautiful hotel with a wonderful inifinity pool on the rooftop. Rooms are super comfortable, clean, flawless, great AC. Staff is super welcoming, helpful, kind and willing to serve you great atention. Breakfast was beyond good they offer a great variety and everything is amazing. Also drinks and cocktails are!!! They welcome you with the mini fridge (beers, sodas, snacks) and you can fill up a pitcher of water anytime as much as you want... They also left some cockies at my room on the evening as a surprise and the BEST of all.... they took me to the ferry station for free.... Oh and I forgot to mention.... Great location everything is close many options for dinning, shopping and bars.... Great great great place to stay I totally recommend this place.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amari and we would highly recommend others to stay here. From the moment we walked into the lobby, we knew it would be great - visually beautiful, a lovely scent, and very welcoming staff. Upstairs on the rooftop deck, we were greeted with even more friendly staff and the most relaxing and enjoyable environment. The music being played had a chill beach vibe, the infinity pool had an amazing view, and there were great food and bar options. Other bonuses include the hotel gym, which, although small, had a good selection of equipment to use. We also found the location to be quite convenient, only a short walk to the downtown area with easy access to lots of great restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and we would happily return here again.

De billigare rummen är mycket fina men utsikten är endast för ljusinsläpp på den nedre våningen vilket var helt ok för mig då man i El Nido spenderar nästan all tid utomhus eller i deras eminenta tak pool bar. Litet men välutrustat gym, de jobbar miljömedvetet med miljö och fri access till dricksvatten erbjuds ( bra kvalitet på dricksvattnet ) Det mesta i minibaren ingår och ni kan med fördel beställa alla båtturer via hotellet smidigt enkelt till samma pris som andra återförsäljare.riktigt bra Frukost ingår. Ett mycket bra hotel endast utsikten från mitt rum drar ner betyget annars är allt tip top!
