We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountain. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring. Felt like a real home away from home! Would definitely recommend.

The location of this hotel is very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and food options nearby. It is also directly opposite the Tianmen Cableway area and the shuttle bus stops, making it very easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast. There were very few options suitable for Western guests, and the breakfast room itself felt rather sad and uninviting.

The hotel in itself is decent. They have massage chairs in the lobby and a convenience store. It is close to the cable cars to tianmen mountain and has different shops and food spots close, also a small mall. The room was clean and we got a welcome gift which was nice. Otherwise it wasn’t anything that stands out of the ordinary. The breakfast was (for a westerner) decent but not good. We opted for eating out instead since it is cheap in china. But! The breakfast was free. The staff was very welcoming and the english speaking staff was also very warm and helped us alot. Overall: clean, neat, good location for tianmen mt.

The hotel is not as clean or nice as it appears in the photos, and the facilities themselves feel quite outdated. Additionally, smoking seems to be allowed throughout the property, and there was a strong smell of tobacco in the room. While the staff are generally friendly, the overall quality of the facilities is not very satisfactory. In particular, I would not recommend this hotel for families with children. Furthermore, the travel package services offered in the hotel lobby seemed questionable and potentially misleading, so I would advise caution before considering them. 写真ほど綺麗ではなく、施設自体もかなり古い印象です。 また、館内は全面的に喫煙可能なようで、部屋にもタバコの匂いが強く残っていました。 スタッフの対応は比較的親切ですが、施設面の満足度はあまり高くありません。特に、小さなお子様連れのご家族にはあまり向いていないと感じます。 さらに、ホテルロビーで案内されている旅行ガイド付きパッケージについては、不審に感じる点が多く、注意が必要です。利用は慎重に検討した方がよいでしょう。

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De locatie is perfect – vlakbij het station en toch rustig. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en praktisch ingericht. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Alles verliep soepel, van de check-in tot de tips voor lokale bezienswaardigheden. Een eerlijke, goede ervaring voor een reële prijs. Zeker een aanrader als je een betrouwbaar en prettig hotel zoekt!
