Enjoyed my stay. Very good price for a great location close to the S-Bahn. Staff helpful and breakfast buffet was good. Room tea and coffee could be replaced more frequently but the big downer was the faulty air con during a heatwave. All in all, I would recommend as a good location for discovering Munich.

Chambre etroite dans laquelle le lit prend beaucoup de place.Bruit dans les couloirs. Prétendu restzurant avec carte dans la chambre qui n’existe pas et premier restaurant à 1km. ( pas dit en arrivant) Metro Laim à 700 m accessible facilement sauf actuellement car les travaux compliquent l’accés. Manque un minibar Taxi hotel gare centrale 20€ ( pour information) en 15 mn Petit dejeuner tout à fait correct

Hotel estava com ar condicionado quebrado, não avisaram por msg, apenas quando chegamos na recepção! Não deram previsão de conserto e ficamos 03 noites de puro calor e inferno, sem Se quer um ventilador! Nunca mais volto neste hotel na vida.

Super rent og pænt værelse... Tæt på offentlig transport. Dog et aircondition anlæg der ikke virkede, et vindue der kun kunne åbnes på klem og en udsugning på badeværelset som heller ikke virkede. Vi gik til receptionen med disse problemer, da der var hedebølge. De virkede fuldstændig ligeglade med det, og sagde bare at det ikke lige virkede. Ingen forklaring eller noget forsøg på at afhjælpe problemet, tilmed heller ingen kompensation for disse ret kritiske problemer. Nætterne dernede var på ingen måde gode, da det var svært at falde i søvn pga den høje varme. Man kunne knap nok gå ud på badeværelset efter et bad fordi fugten hang ved på grund af den manglende udsugning... Håber for de næste gæster at de vil sørge for inden de kommer, at sikre sig at aircondition kører, for det blev MEGET tungt med luften om natten. Kan ikke anbefales, før de kan dokumentere at deres klimaanlæg virker.

Não me hospedaria novamente. O os horários de check-in (15h) e de check-out (11h) são completamente absurdos, principalmente sabendo que existem quartos disponíveis e prontos, os quais você tem que pagar 20 euros para acessar antes das 15h. Além disso, passamos 3 noites sem ar-condicionado em meio a dias muito quentes e foi muito difícil dormir. Ao questionar a recepção, a resposta foi que todo o prédio ficou sem AC e que não saberiam quando alguém iria consertar pois aparentemente a empresa que ajudaria estava "muito ocupada", nem mesmo um pedido de desculpas pela inconveniência. O bairro também está todo em construção, horroroso e a estação de Laim não possui elevador ou escadas rolante funcionando e é a pior que já fui, se está com malas é inacessível. Tudo isso torna o hotel overpriced, sem dúvidas existem opções muito melhores.

Hotel categoria turística. Quarto reformado, porém bem pequeno. Banheiro excelente. Café da manhã muito bom. Fica fora do centro de munique, mas o metrô fica a uns 5 minutinhos e leva uns 10 a 15 minutos para descer bem no centro da cidade. Achei o custo benefício bom.

An sich alles okay. Das Frühstück hat den ersten Eindruck um einiges verbessert, da wir das Gefühl hatten, dass das Zimmer nicht frisch geputzt war. Die Spiegel waren noch schmutzig und die Dusche voller Haare. Leider gab es keinen Schrank im Zimmer, was dazu führt, dass man aus dem Koffer „leben“ muss. Bei 5 Tagen Aufenthalt- leicht verknittert. An sich alles in allem trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer hat sich sehr aufgeheizt und da das Hotel direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war es sehr laut wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist. Außerdem war der Getränke/Snackautomat defekt. In diesem Automat gab es 0,5l Cola für 3€ und an der Bar neben der Rezeption 0,2l Cola für 3,50€. Die Mitarbeiter an der Bar und Rezeption waren nicht in der Lage das Problem zu lösen und die einzige Option war es, dies überteuert zu kaufen. Stattdessen hätten sie einfach den Automat aufschließen und die 3€ aufs Zimmer schreiben können, aber dazu waren sie nicht in der Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut.

Personal bei Checkin sehr freundlich, bei Checkout aufgrund der angesprochenen Probleme mit der Heizung/Klima nicht freundlich gewesen. Klima/Heizung war defekt & hat das Zimmer komplett überheizt. Der Defekt wurde weder beim Checkin kommuniziert noch wurde ein Nachlass angeboten.
