While the staff was very friendly we encountered several inconveniences during our stay to include the following: The only daily cleaning service is to make the bed and provide a dry towel for the bathroom floor. Towels were not refreshed and bathroom and kitchen were not cleaned during our 7 day stay. There were no liners in the trashcans provided. Room service was extremely inefficient with one order taking approximately 3 hours and three different interactions (including a visit to the front desk) to receive correctly. We were told the kitchen staff cooked our food and then left for the night without delivering it. The second room service order we tried to place by phone but no one answered after several attempts. It was not near closing time for the restaurant so we went in person to the restaurant to place the order. We were told they were too busy to answer the phone and we cold only order pizza because everything else would take too long. The shower door is not useful. Water covers the entire bathroom including toilet paper during each shower. The hotel listing boasts a bar but no bar is located on the premises. As an American this was the main reason we booked this hotel as we understood that many locations in Morocco did not serve liquor. The room we booked was not available upon arrival so we were switched to a different class of room. We were told the view of the new room was better than the one we originally booked so I agreed. The view was of apartment building.
