Having stayed at many relais chateux hotels, this was in some ways disappointing. The hotel was lovely and the room excellent. There were a number of stairs with no hand rail which was awkward, due to my mobility issues. The breakfast service was really poor, very slow and limited options like other relais hotels. The pool service didnt work, so you had to go down in the lift to the bar and order which was also very slow. Location ia good and the pool was lovely ( even though it wasnt cleaned and not enough towels).

Wonderful hotel, centrally positioned on a beautiful avenue of expensive shops. Very well positioned for visiting all the sights of Lisbon. Room very comfortable and food at breakfast and in the restaurant is excellent. Lovely areas to sit out and enjoy a peaceful drink. All the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant.
