A great hotel for those who are going out on boat trips . The beach is a bit tricky to reach .Therr is an agreement with the neatest beach club but it opens after 2 on weekends and the tide rises then so a bit tricky to walk back to Blue Lagoon. It needs fixing if people staying at hotel are to use. Each. Food was great at Hotel restaurant and lovely fish sandwiches at the cafe nearby . The other independent restaurant was not so great . Great though for supermarket nearby which Al thff ex yacht goers use too. The staff were great at reception and in h hotel restaurant. Overall we enjoyed our stay … but please help to fix the public access to beach problem.

It was clean & quiet, everyone was friendly. It was really nice to see the boats coming in and out of the marina. The beach club wasn’t open the days we stayed so after eating, walking the dock, and down the beach the wasn’t much to do so we took a taxi into Kingstown. The water wasn’t the turquoise blue, still nice, but the staff recommended some nearby beaches we could taxi too. Very chill and very clean.

They’ve removed all fridges from the rooms which is a bit of a shame as they provide a kettle so you can make tea but you have no where to keep milk. It’s possibly strategic to direct traffic to their restaurants but for comfort and flexibility in a room only accommodation in the tropics, they really should put them back. We adied for a fridge or a cooler to be provided but nothing materialised. Also, the air conditioning is very weak so you’re not as cool as you would like to be. The pool is fantastic, great depth, shape and size.

Not my first visit to the island, but my first time staying in a hotel there, and it was a wonderful 9 night stay. I booked a sea-view room, which did not disappoint. I had a fantastic view of the marina and jetty, with all the yachts and catamarans. Housekeeping are meticulous, and my room was spotless. I tried the laundry service and was blown away by that too. Breakfast each morning in the Loft Restaurant was a delight, with helpful and smiling staff. Lunch and/or dinner in either The Loft or Café Soleil was tasty and plentiful. I found the prices in both places to be very reasonable. There's a convenience store on site, which is very useful. The pool area is wonderful, being slightly away from the main building - just a 1 min walk. There are 3 cabana areas and approx 8 to 10 loungers. I went to the pool twice and was always able to get either a cabana or a lounger. The pool itself is lovely. Coconut Grove Beach Club is a short walk away, or the hotel's boat service can whisk you away to its sister hotel and beach club on Bequia. This may not be a massive resort hotel, but the services and facilities are definitely not lacking. Would I stay here again? In a heartbeat 🙂.

Lovely hotel
Very nice hotel with friendly staff.Very nice swimming pool and black sand beach.Our room was well decorated and with a view on Marina.Loved watching yachts arriving in the morning from my balcony.There are few stray dogs and cats at the property pls feed them and make sure they have a fresh water always.

Stunning location with amazing views. Staff overall are friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean (although the towels could do with closer inspection once they’ve left the laundrette)! The rooms with the kitchenette are the most useful compared to the standard rooms. The on-site grocery store is very useful indeed given how cut off the hotel is from the nearest shop by foot. What could be improved is the service in the restaurant; service is incredibly slow regardless of whether the restaurant is quiet or busy, and the order in which food is brought out could be better e.g. I ordered toast and scrambled eggs, the eggs arrived first and the toast took a while to arrive by which point the eggs had cooled down. The service charge automatically applied to the bill after every meal seems quite unreasonable given the level of service. Cleanliness in the dining area could be improved; a simple sweep with a broom once diners have finished would be good! I found myself having to regularly shake off crumbs from the dining chair cushions! Good choice of food from the menu but it would have been nice to see some Vincentian cuisine on the menu. An ATM on-site would be useful.
