The Black Swan inn is the right place for peaceful Stay. We enjoyed the uniqueness of the old Victorian built in 1880 and beautifully decorated . The owners John and Tricia made you feel very Welcome and also prepared a nice breakfast served in a lovely setting.

This is a beautiful Victorian Bed and Breakfast. Check in was easily arranged in advance even though we arrived late at night. The room was quiet and comfortable as advertised. A wonderful delicious breakfast was served. Charming hosts who described some of the unique history of the Inn. We used this stay as a very convenient location between an evening in Concord, NH, and a fall colors hike in the White Mountains. Will definitely plan on visiting this property again in the future.

I stayed there two times over 5 days, it was a nice space but was sort of old, had electrical issues with CPap (no outlets near end table and most were two prong) and narrow stairs and toilet was really low, stuff like that.
