I would like to provide feedback with regards to the shuttle that I took to your hotel.
On 15 June late evening, I waited at Schiphol airport from 10.45 pm. The shuttle at 11.02 pm didn't turn up at all. I then went up to a shuttle at 11.20 pm which runs among 3 Ibis hotels nearby to Schiphol. So after a short ride, I went down at Ibis Hotel. After talking to the front desk, then only I realised that it is Ibis Hotel, but not Ibis Style Hotel! So I had to wait for another shuttle that came at 12 pm to go to Style Hotel. So instead of getting to the hotel at 11.30 pm, I ended being late for 1 hr. The bad thing is that, I need to wake up at 5 am, to get back to the airport. So I didn't have enough sleep the following day.
For your improvement to enhance customer in the future:
1. Tell the shuttle driver to clearly tell that there are THREE Ibis hotels in Schiphol area. For guests who do not stay there often, they will only find out when they make a mistake like i do.
2. Put in the shuttle timetable to clearly notify guests that there are bus dedicated to Ibis Style Hotel, and there are buses running 3 ibis hotels, and provide time for both.
3. Tell guests to consider other mode of transport (e.g. Uber, taxi) if the shuttle does not turn up for X minute (e.g. on 15 June evening, the shuttle at 11.02 pm DIDN'T turn up at all).
I hope you will consider the above suggestion for your future guests. One thing for sure, I will not stay at your hotel next time.
