Good location for concert

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met with an unfriendly receptionist who was quick to say how early we arrived. We arrived a couple hours before check-in, and she could have suggested for us to wait at the hotel bar and restaurant. In general most of the female staff at the hotel were unfriendly, never really smiled or greeted us when entering or leaving the hotel. One of them was always occupied with her phone or on the computer. The room was nice, but unfortunately the beds had hard and firm mattress, that made it difficult to sleep well. We didn’t like the glass wall and the bathroom door didn’t close well. The location was good, as it was not to far to Ziggo Dome concert venue. And lastly one receptionist staff was friendly and welcoming, and that was Ronald.
