Safe, broken, no lock in bathroom, stayed eight days, room was serviced just once, everyday I asked for toilet paper, coffee, tea and whatever we need in the room as it's been serviced just once in 8 days of our stay, our only consolation is the pool, very quiet and clean. Stayed here for the Spa pool which we have stayed many times before. The pool needs cleaning as it was green and slimy. The room compared to other visits is very disappointing, small and smelly, pillows were dirty with stains and should be thrown out just for starters. The bathroom was alive with mould and the shower hasn’t been properly cleaned in this room for years. Very disappointing considering we have stayed here many times in the past for spa pools and most likely look elsewhere for our future visits.

Terrible hotel. Don’t waste your money. Has mould all over bathroom, leaking taps and shower. Tv does not work. Exposed wires in bathroom. Rubbish all over the grounds of the property. The bed was clean but everything else wasn’t.

Well looked after

Initially we were in a room that had a problem in the bathroom/toilet. There was a bad rust streak down the wall from the taps, and water was seeping from the wall opposite the shower. This made a permanent puddle in front of the hand basin. We reported this, and were moved to a very good alternative room.
