I read the reviews yet booked a yway thinking "these guys should have read abour the walking street first. I thought i knew what i was getting into. I booked the panoramic sound proof room with a king sized bed. The bed was a queen and the room was NOT soundproof, but there was a panoramic view. Music on the walking street doesn't stop until 5am at the earliest, and it is loud. So if your in your partying years, you may enjoy this place. We checked out after the 2nd night.

Extremely noisy (unable to sleeo at night) and never had my room cleaned / towels changed for the whple stay (4 nights). I did not mention it to the staff because I was on holiday and not there to waste time complaining, however, it would not be fair not to mention this.

Lots of things to do in the area, all very walkable & the staff is great. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel if you’re planning on sleeping, extremely loud outside which bleeds through the walls.

they overbooked and didnt have a room for us
got there late around 11 pm after a long flight only to find out they had sold our room to someone else. they tried to tell me that orbitz booked a new room for us at one of there sister hotels down the street that was a complete dump and told us we had to stay there. i refused to go there and had to argue with the manager for 30 minutes to give me my money back. finally was able to get all my money back in cash and walked out.. just beware if your going to book this hotel they may not have a room for you when you get there.. i would recommend walking 3 minutes down the street and stay at alien garden hotel brand new renovation to all the rooms extremely friendly staff and was the same exact price

Good location and room
Very good location in back packers area. Lot of pubs and restaurants around. Very friendly and helpful staff. They messed up our booking and gave us temporary accommodation in the next door hotel which was very bad. Overall a good deal.

Cleanliness was nt bad, but thé horrible thundering music from 5- 4am did nt let us sleep. Horrible. Besides, when I wanted to pay the Tariff with Crédit Card, thé réceptionniste asked to pay 20% (Twenty %) additional for bank. THey want to deceive thé innocent Customer. NEVER EVER RÉSERVE ANY HÔTEL FROM THE SITE HOTELS. Com. DECEPTIVE, FRADULENT. 20% additional charge if paid with Crédit Card.

Les bouteilles d'eau demandées pour le jour du depart sont payantes 10 000 dong la bouteille. La chambre dispose d'une clim, serviettes et litterie dans l'ensemble bon raport qualité prix pour personnes festives uniquement ou sourdes
