There was some damage to the first room I was given and I had to be moved. The second room was fine. Day 2 of a 3 day stay, my room keys stopped working, so after a long day I had to trudge all the way back down to the front desk to get them reprogrammed.
The restaurant was out of several things the first 2 mornings, but had been restocked by the third, so that made it somewhat better.
Selection for snacks even to purchase was quite thin, and the vending machines were all broken, which was disappointing.
I will say that the staff is all super friendly and tried very hard to be accommodating, but there was only so much they could really do.
