The is more like an Airbnb than a hotel -- which is good! it's in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parking is easy and free. The garden adds a touch of whimsy. Above all, the little suite was perfect for two parents and a grown daughter. She had a comfy bed in the commons room to sleep in so there was some privacy; we had the bedroom. There's a kitchen though just a hotplate, not a stove. The place is clean and Avi, the owner, is a warm, friendly host who offers advice about places to eat, etc. The price, if you're in a situation like ours where you need two rooms without wanting to pay for two separate hotel rooms, can't be beat for a simple but clean place with your own little patio. Arad is a really nice town and I wish we'd had more time to explore.
