Not for late arrivals!
I never got to stay here, as it turned out that not only do they not have any front desk later in the evening, but they were also absolutely unwilling to do anything to help after I realized that my flight was arriving late and there would be no way for me to check in.
They were unwilling to do anything to help, and simply suggested that I cancel my booking for the night, which was rather unhelpful, considering the fact that the only booking option available was non-refundable. Both contacting them directly and via hotels.com support yielded no results, despite this being 2 weeks prior to my expected arrival.
Too bad, because I was really looking forward to staying at this place, that seemed very cute and quaint.
