Overall enjoyed our stay. There was a mix up and our room we booked was not available first night. Placed in a smaller room but they made up for it. They put us in the mezzanine suite next day which felt much bigger than the first suite. The only downside was the upstairs bed did not seem to circulate air. The vent is on lower level. The bed was not as comfortable as it could have been. We rented some bikes from the hotel and the first one we rented had a broken back wheel which really put a damper on our plans as we had to ride back. The next bike had a broken child seatbelt. Overall the staff were kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and really pretty.

The staff were absolutely amazing: warm, helpful, and always professional, which really made the stay feel special. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a fantastic variety and quality that set us up perfectly for the day. The location is also excellent, with easy walking access to tram stops, making it simple to explore the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and very attentive staff - they put a greeting card and a chocolate cake to my room on my birthday that was during the stay, absolutely lovely gesture! Room with river view is definitely worth it.
