2/10 Poor

Nice location, disapointing experience
We booked based on a handful of pictures of the place. The pictures showed modern fittings with decent space and a nice view. The view was nice when we go there but the unit was finished poorly with rusty fittings and the rooms were much smaller than the pictures alluded to. In addition, we were charged undisclosed fees on the day of collecting the keys. A deposit and admin fee by the listing agency. These were not communicated and I was unhappy with the disclosure. In addition, I was asked to spend an additional amount for the rental of bath towels... I have never been asked to rent bath towels when spending R1750 a night for a self catering place. I declined and went out to buy my own towels instead.
