バスターミナルや市電の駅が近くにあり交通の便が良く、繁華街も近かったため、大変便利でした。 フロントの方はとても丁寧に対応してくださり、感じがよかったです。 簡単な朝食（無料）があったことも良かったです。メニューはさみしかったですが、無料と思えば満足できます。 古いホテルなので仕方がないのかもしれませんが、浴室の汚れ（色素沈着？）があり、使用するのに抵抗がありました。
