Great accommodation but bad restaurant service
We were checked away from the main building , in the old interns dorms. Which turned out to be wonderful: very spacious and updated.
The main building doesn’t have a lobby as far as I could tell, anyway.
Bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was supposed to be served in a restaurant in the main building.
The waiters said there is just one cook at the kitchen and asked us to return in an out. This is unacceptable- you are not supposed to start your day one hour later because of a bad staffed restaurant. The waiters seemed to be UN knowledgeable about how billed is paid: claiming they will claim it from the hotel, and the hotel will buy it on your bill. And they did not know what should be covered by the hotel and what’s not. Which was disturbing.
Eventually, everything was covered by the hotel, but the waiter tried to give us as little as possible “are u OK with just water?” And avoiding coming to our table and offer anything like orange juice or coffee.
One of the worst experiences for breakfast at a hotel.
