Das Hotel hat einen normalen Standard, Sauberkeit war sehr gut und die Lage ruhig. Hervorzuheben ist das sehr feine Frühstück! Gefallen hat mir auch das ein Bademantel vorhanden war. PP war gratis und es gab immer einen Platz. Personal sehr nett.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Sehr gutes Frühstück, reichliche Auswahl. Eine sehr schöne Menuekarte für das Abendessen. Leider war die das bestellte Abendessen nicht überzeugend. Bestandteile des Gerichts die auf der Karte standen wurden weggelassen. Auf Nachfrage waren diese dann nicht verfügbar. Der Gast wurde nicht informiert. Das Brot war trocken. Das hat wahrscheinlich mit dem Saisonende zu tun. Dann sollte man jedoch den Gast informieren und die Karte verkleinern.

Das Hotel ist zwar nicht mehr neu aber sehr angenehm im Gesamtpacket. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Trotz der Größe der Anlage bleibt das Hotel überschaubar und wirkt durch sein pannonisches Flair.

Hotelanlage aus den 80zigern aber gut in Schuss … der Wellnessbereich mit Liegewiese am Kanal ist sehr schön … Personal an der Rezeption sehr hilfreich und nett nur die Kellner in der Gastronomie sind zum Teil sehr unfreundlich lassen einen einfach stehen oder lange Wartezeiten bis man bedient wird Essen ist allerdings sehr gut mit die beste Küche in Rust
