"We enjoyed our stay. Hotel was convenient. Would be nice if there was a morning coffee bar. Bed was comfortable and the room was fairly clean. I did wipe a small spill on the floor the and saw that the floor was quite dirty. I do like that it is a hard surface as opposed to carpet. Would recommend a wet mop of some sort more often of the floor. "
"Property was great. Centrally located for what we wanted. Times Square, Broadway, Rockefeller Center easy walking distance. Metro only a block away for things like 9-11, Staten Island etc.
Staff were friendly and helpful from check-in, bell stand and concierge. Rooms were nice size for NY standards. Will definitely stay here again. "
"Fun property and great food. The check in was on a tablet so you didn’t have to talk to anyone (and it was quick) but I actually found it a bit impersonal for the amount of money you pay to stay there. The food was great though and room was cute. "
"This hotel has quickly become my go-to hotel for Midtown. Staff are very warm and friendly. Very modern amenities and nicely appointed, clean rooms. Easy access to the High Line for a recreational walk, a short walk to Bryant Park and Penn Station. "
"I loved the area first of all, so close to everything. The room was clean. The breakfast was a nice option and not bad choices. Loved the new smart elevators. Felt very secure and safe. "
