Harbour Grand Kowloon
10/10 Excellent
"We opted to upgrade to a Tower Suite on the 30th floor which was a great decision. Brilliant views over Victoria Harbour and a room that was both comfortable to live in and spotless. The staff in the Harbour Club lounge on the 19th floor were a sheer delight and we enjoyed breakfast as well as the odd afternoon tea (great scones with clotted cream!). We also came down to enjoy canapés and drinks every evening from 5:30pm. Because we had club access, we didn’t try any of the hotel’s restaurants but we did see them prepare the buffets and the food looked amazing. The hotel is in a quieter area (Hung Hom/Whampoa), so if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Wan Chai or TST’s Nathan Road, this is a perfect alternative. Whampoa MTR station is a mere short walk away (watch out for the big yacht!) and there are ferries next to the hotel that will take you to Central and North Point. Public transport is efficient, easy to ride and cheap as anything so don’t get Ubers, join the locals and ride the buses, trams, ferries and MTR. We would happily return to this hotel."
"Amazing premises . The bedroom was amazing. Very clean.location in Mongkok was amazing. It was linked to the Langham shopping mall. Really handy pool area was so relaxing from the busy life. Gym was good. Sauna and steam great after a work out. The seafood Buffett though expensive but so good. Overall a great hotel. Would love to come back. "
"Sparkling clean and conveniently located within 7 minutes shuttle drive away.
Staff is excellent and courteous. Nearby promenade and shops are a great addition and nice views of waterfront."
