"Staff was great all around and the location was excellent. I loved my room—really good value for the level of comfort (the bed was so warm and cozy!). My only complaint was the tiny shower, but it wasn’t a deal breaker."
"We arrived early in the morning and check in wasn’t till 4, so they found a room for us to change to that we could check in at 10am which helped us out so much! The rooms were clean, so spacious, and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. There are lifts for easy access everywhere, which is rare in Amsterdam! Amazing stay and wouldn’t choose any other hotel - will definitely be coming back to this one every time! Location is amazing too, only 10-15 minute walk to Dam Square."
