However Two of the three rooms had stuffed drains in the bathrooms that caused flooding on the floor. The staff left the key for one of rooms that they had to rearrange to seperate beds upon arrival locked in another room causing the teens to have to wait along time

When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache."
