Double-Jeeeeez not Sliving
Spencer is a delight. He is in training and was killing it with what he knew and would bring in management when needed. He was thrown a ton of curveballs. The driver of the shuttle was also awesome.
That being said, the phone in our room didn’t work; the TV didn’t operate according to advertised / what the remote had available; the remote didn’t have a back so batteries kept falling out; the cabinet door to the fridge was broken; the walls had clear evidence of water damage as did the ceilings; the bathroom tub had intense scuffs; the grout around the toilet looked like someone had just pissed on it and never cleaned; the heat wasn’t truly working to keep us warm in 35 degree weather; once I got the phone working (only on speaker) room service never picked up - even when management transferred me; and check in was very dramatic with problems with other guests (not their fault) but as a Hilton member the check in was poor.
