This property need to close while it’s undergoing renovation. Loud and disruptive working starts very early. The common areas were messy and dirty- furniture strewn about in heaps, actual garbage in the pool- cans and bottles. The room itself was unkempt and unfinished. Lights not working, dirt and construction dust in the room. The staff at the front desk was mostly unfriendly and unhelpful. Will never come back.

Great location and friendly staff
This is my second time staying at Grave Bay Suites. This time they were doing renovations during the day by the pool, so jackhammers were going, which was annoying but we were there for the beach anyway, so it was survivable. What made me not want to complain about it was the staff. They were all so incredibly friendly that I couldn’t help but just enjoy the good parts and ignore the bad. The location is great, rooms are huge, pool is nice, free breakfast is a plus. I will stay there again when I go to Turks and I’ll be excited to see the completed Reno!

Still some construction going on as of November 28th but the hotel and staff are great. Felt safe as a single female traveling with my teen daughter. Beach access was a five minute walk. Would definitely stay there again, walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

My friend and I Ioved the proximity to restaurants, shops and beaches. The property was quiet, and our room was spacious, beautiful view from our balacony. We loved that it was clean every day of our stay. The staff were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend it.

Grace Bay Suites is in a central location on Grace Bay Road but is actually a bit hard to find as the signage is not prominent and it’s tucked in behind Danny Buoy’s restaurants, and shares parking with the restaurant. It has its own pool, which I was able to make good use of, and is a 5 min walk to the Grace Bay beach, where there are dedicated beach chairs for the hotel guests. The room itself is spacious, although the furnishings are a bit dated - the shower door wouldn’t close and the bed mattress was too high, felt like I was climbing into bed every night. The hotel stay comes with a breakfast voucher for one of the nearby restaurants (Shay Café, Lemon2Go, Island Scoop). We went to Shay Cafe everyday as it has an extensive menu (voucher is for $10 pp and comes with small coffee or tea). Good at Shay Café was delish and it was a great start to the day. Also note that there are 3 floors with no elevators so if you have lots of luggage or have trouble with stairs, request a ground floor. Overall a good stay.

We knew this was a basic hotel, but we had a negative experience. There was construction on property..chaotic and kind of dirty..lacked the island hospitality. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving after a couple days.

Grace Bay Suites is the most reasonably-priced hotel within walking distance to many dining options. The rooms are clean but may need some updating. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are ready to smile and very courteous, thumbs up! The downside—-Wifi can be spotty and some usual conveniences are missing—-the hair dryer. We had to ask for shampoo and body wash but they were readily provided upon request. The pool is nice but too small to enjoy..

I loved the staff staff at this property! I traveled alone and the property is very convenient. I was walkable to everything and across the street from the beach. The hotel is being renovated so there is noise late night from the clubs across the street and eyesore materials visible. Outside of that I honestly had no complaints. Looking forward to the final production post renovation. I will definitely stay here again

This hotel was under construction so every morning starting at 7am we were awaken by loud construction. Breakfast was not free as advertised, they gave you a $10 voucher to go to your choice of 3 different restaurants. It's more like a hotel rather than a resort in my opinion.

The worst hotel on the island.
The stay was horrible, the only friendly person at the front desk was Kia, they are still building or working on the hotel so every day we woke up to banging and drilling, which went on from 7:30am- 4pm sometimes 5, this is not my first time on the island I have been to Turks 7 times and out of all the hotels that I have stayed at in grace bay this is by far the worst hotel on the island. So please don’t believe half of these reviews. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, Which is in the heart of grace bay.

The property was in a great location. The beach was across the street, several eateries were within walking distance. The breakfast accommodations were perfect and an added bonus. The staff were awesome, but Kia was amazing. She helped us with everything we thought we needed and some things we didn’t know we needed.
