Hide a bed was broken. We were 2 adults sharing the accommodation, not a couple. The head was lower than the foot as the frame was broken. I sent you a message to tell you and was given the response that it would be fixed that day. Later in the week I met up with a girl ( putting out salt) and told her again about the problem, bent frame, springs missing and the stick out piece of metal that would have ruined your couch. She assured me it would be looked after that day. Frame was recent. Hideabed more uncomfortable. Kitchen was great! Suggestion is to add a juice jug. We had NO facecloths and only one hand towel. 2 people, 6 days… would you stay there again?
Lights were off by the exit to the complex. Very dark, made stairs unsafe, especially for smokers who headed outside at night for a smoke. I did mention it, again to the Sonder employee. The lights still did not work at night.
We were there for 6 nights. I believe it is reasonable to expect two packets of coffee a day, unless there is a reduced price for numerous days.
My last suggestion is to post how to work the heating system. We are educated people, but it took us two days to figure it out, albeit temperature changed significantly while we were there.
