Unimpressed
i was unimpressed by this hotel. we had a suite but it didn't feel like the room was meant for two people. our bathroom door didn't even fully shut, it was a janky sliding door. paint was chipping all over, mold in the shower, etc. the bathroom had a huge frosted glass panel that when the light was on, shown directly into the bedroom. if either of us wanted to shower while the other was asleep, it would wake you up. additionally, the sink was outside the bathroom, right near the sleeping area so same thing, if you wanted to use the sink while the other was asleep if would likely wake them. the free $25 a day is nice, but when you use it at the restaurant it counts as a room charge and every time you use it they charge you a 20% fee to have it charged to the room. come on.... that + the resort fee annoyed me a lot. just work the price into the stay instead of charging extra fees. housekeeping wouldn't come til late- usually around the time we were getting back from the beach and wanted to shower (3-4pm) so we didn't get to have our room cleaned a few times. the pool area never had large towels so you'd have to use tiny ones to dry off. location of this hotel was nice, but you can find a better accommodation in the same area.
