During our initial night at the hotel, we experienced some difficulties with the front desk service. After a five-hour drive, we arrived at 7 PM, only to find that our room was not yet ready. The staff kindly offered to waive my parking fees, which I appreciated, and I decided to use this time to take my family out for dinner. However, upon returning around 9:30 PM, I had not received any updates regarding the status of our room. As a result, I chose to inquire at the front desk in person. The attendant sincerely apologized and confirmed that our room was indeed ready at that time.
While the room was in good condition, I believe it could benefit from some upgrades. Additionally, I noticed that the bed did squeak significantly.
Breakfast, service was so unpleasant and felt so rushed. The food was a negative especially for the price i paid.
