Dirty, no air in hallways, water on floors, bugs in pool, unsanitary breakfast,weeds, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF and GROSS!
The worst part about the property was the shift manager. I admit I was wrong by keeping the luggage cart in the room. The hotel was deserted, there were 6 other carts in the front door, I had very heavy decor boxes I was using for an event and all of my childrens snacks, including produce and sippy cups on the cart in my room. Saturday morning, we left for 2 hours and I put the "do not disturb " sign on door, also leaving all my cash so i didn't have it on me in the city. Came back and all my childrens food, cups and everything else was on the floor in my room. I went to the front desk and received nothing but sarcasm and righteousness from them manager. Said " that little thing hanging on your door does nothing, if there was smoke coming from your room I would have gone in." A fire and a missing luggage cart is not the same. He said he traced back where the cart was on the security camera and retrieved it. Said he had to protect the hotel's property and said he is not sorry for doing his job. Something about it really made me uncomfortable about someone coming into my room, touching my property and food that my children would be eating. Said he didn't feel the need to call becuase it was his job. Rude and unprofessional to say the least. The GM did nothing either except gave me a discount for another stay, I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
