Muy mala experiencia.
A nuestra llegada primera sorpresa, no hay nadie en el hotel, no hay recepción y tenemos que hacer auto checkin, las camas están sucias, no han cambiado las sabanas y están llenas de pelos y de migas de pan como si alguien hubiera comido comido en ellas, la habitación y el baño, se notaba que llevaban unos cuantos días o semanas sin limpiarse, no ví a nadie del servicio de limpieza en mis cuatro días y no te dan toallas ni limpias ni sucias, pensaba que las recomendaciones de otros usuarios eran exageradas, pero son muy realista, es un sitio nada recomendable aunque sea barato.

don't waste your money
Really wouldn't recommend this place, in the end I left because of a lack of basic security, but the lack of basic cleanliness and amenities (like a towel, or a working hairdryer) could easily have brought me to that decision on its own. I wasn't able to find the place because it looked like a run down shop, there was no one around, the only contact was a little button on the OUTSIDE of the place for me ask how I would be able to check in. Lack of instructions on what room I would be staying in or how to get in meant checking in was awful, no sense of security as there was no way for me to lock the room from the inside. I knew this was cheap, but I didn't expect the place to be dirty, with clear stains all over the bedding and in the bathroom. The shower broke as I tried to use it as if it could have gotten worse.

One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed at. Old tired dirty building ready for demolition and the rooms were even worse. Dirty old furniture and the bathroom was disgusting and full of mould. The picture on the website is also not the building you stay in. Do not book here under any circumstances!

Place was dirty, not clean and the shower was also filthy. Toilet still dirty and water left in the kettle from previous occupant. Staff good - slowed an early check in and also the gent on the phone who assisted with a code for the door was helpful.

Cet hôtel bon marché se trouve dans un quartier industriel à deux ou trois kilomètres d'Albert Dock. Le prix est tout à fait correct par rapport à la situation géographique. La chambre mériterait quelques rénovations, mais elle était propre. Nous sommes venus à pieds depuis le centre. Un peu perdu, le patron est venu nous chercher en voiture, la grande classe !

Don't book it!
The only reason this b&b is still in business is because the city is totally full as soon as Liverpool hava a home game. Its dirty, the bed linnen have hole in them, the staff is very rude and unpolite, the rooms are very cold and the location is not far from the city but in an area that will make you cry as you look out of the window. Do I need to say that the wifi didn't work and that there were no hot water??

Located in run-down industrial area!
Did not even stay the night, the location was terrifying! It is a poorly redone bar surrounded by industrial buildings and storehouses with nowhere secure to park. Honestly, spend a few extra quid and stay somewhere else unless you fancy having your car stolen.

clean and basic but value for money..
needed hotel for trip to Liverpool oncology dept. hotel clean and basic but did the job, except for broken rail in the shower, but we were still able to use it! only saw receptionist when we booked in. if regeneration of the area goes ahead it has the potential of a great hotel.

Basic but clran
the hotel is a little tired, but the room was clean. We had a late check in charge which we hadn't factored in to the original booking fee. The lady who checked us in however was really helpful giving us local information in preparation to our university open day visit the following day.

Docklands isolation
Probably not one for romantic getaways but this place is pretty functional, it's cheap and with the nearby (magnificent) Stanley Dock undergoing some pretty serious renovation, if you're on a budget, it's worth considering. I think it would be of especial interest to Urban explorers interested in Liverpool Maritime and Docklands history - it is palpable.

Worse Place to FIND...
After 6 hours of trying to find the location based on GPS from Hotels.com we ended up at the home of a family with the same address as this hostel. When we finally found the hostel another 2 hours later, there was no address number on the building and we went from building to building looking for an open place in a highly industrial area to find it. There was no breakfast, the lady in the morning locked us out and said they were closed. This is a miserable place with NOTHING to offer.
