Great attention to detail and a lovely bit of cake on arrival. Room was very clean and spacious for a single. The breakfast is even brought to your room in the morning at the specified time of your choice which was awesome. Food was excellent and hot. Overall fantastic value for money. And half the price of the local premier inn. Cant recommended this bed and breakfast enough. John Room 6

This was a stopover night - what a gem of a place. The owners have only been in residence for 6 months and are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend and when travelling up to Scotland, this will be our go-to stop over.

My son and I stayed at the Norcroft Guest House for two nights - one on our way up to Scotland and one on the way down. The guest house was ideal for our purposes. Clean, comfortable, well situated (being just a five minute walk from Penrith town centre) and the breakfast was excellent.

The owners were really sweet and made sure everything was alright with the room and breakfast. They also handed me a fresh chocolate muffin right when I got there! I found the location really convenient for walking into town or to the bus station, it was pretty close but still far away enough to be really quiet/peaceful at night.

The Best B&B Ever!
I've stayed in a lot of B&Bs. This is the best with 10/10 hygiene, clearness, comfort of room size and beds and the delicious breakfast served to your room. Mark and Paula are very kind, understanding and professional hosts. They have provided a perfect stay in the accommodation.

A great stay at Norcroft Guest House. Very clean room and pleasant, friendly service from my hosts. I enjoyed my breakfast very much. I appreciated the good variety of quality teas and coffees on the room tray- a nice extra touch. The Norcroft Guest House was an ideal place to stay in Penrith. Close to the town centre with clean, comfortable rooms and vegetarian or vegan breakfast delivered to your room at an agreed time. Had a great stay at the Norcroft. It’s a traditional B&B and the owners are friendly and welcoming. Perfect quiet residential setting and only a short walk to the high street.
