2nd time staying
This is my second time staying at this location. Last time we stayed over the summer and were able to enjoy the pool. This time we stayed over Christmas break for 10 days. This room was fine. However, the dresser in the king bedroom was “repaired” at some point which basically means someone nailed one of the drawers shut which made two of them unusable. This was inconvenient because we needed to use the drawers considering the length of our stay. This made it so some of our family had to live out of their suitcases for the duration of our stay.
Second this time around we literally had to ask for our room to be serviced. We would be gone all day at one of the theme parks come back and still no new sheets or towels. We understood that that’s how it would be in Christmas Eve and Christmas Day but even on other days we would have to tell the front desk to have someone stop by to collect trash and give fresh linen.
The parking for 10 days was about $250 which I thought was a bit much but didn’t complain.
Laundry room should be updated to be run by an app instead of coin based that way the app could let guests know when their laundry is done.
They served hot breakfast daily which was really convenient. But sometimes things weren’t stocked (even with 2 hours of breakfast time left) such as juice, eggs, etc. Also they should have someone standing by to wipe tables as guests leave for sanitary purposes.
The kitchen in the room was stocked for 4 when the room is made for 8.
