Never again!
This hotel looks lovely on the outside and our suite was spacious, but the kitchenette had a stove that did not work, the only coffee was one decaf coffee packet and much in the hotel did not work. We were so cold all day and night, and obviously the suite had a heating problem because there were signs near the thermostats that said "do not turn up past 80°". The thermostat needed a battery which they replaced, but the heat still did not come out of the registers. It seemed more like air conditioning was on. The TV's only got weird non-network channels. The TV remote didn't work that well. The Wi-Fi was terrible and we had to use our own hotspot. When I took a shower in the morning, I went to grab a towel and it had a dirty disgusting blood like stain on it! Thankfully, the other towel looked clean. They had shampoo conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower. They were all empty! The breakfast was decent, and the beds were comfortable but I would never stay there again!

Willfully poor service
After check in went out to get some dinner and brought back to room, which had glitter on the carpet from whatever party had been there. An envelope on the desk, so clearly housekeeping did not vacuum or do anything other than linens. Discovered there was no remote for tv. Front desk told me that previous guest had misplaced it. Then told me to turn it on manually and change channels manually. After eating went to front desk, was told no other remote would work, When I requested a partial refund he finally offered to put us in a different room. I declined, as we were settled in and he offered a 10% refund. So he willfully put us in a room that he KNEW had no tv remote. It wasn't until after I requested a partial refund that he offered to put us in different room. Although room was nice I cannot condone such poor service. Cannot recommend for this reason.

Great for a night or for several nights.
Check in and out was very smooth. The man Jackson at the front desk was very kind and answered all my questions. The breakfast served was a nice variety. Our room was perfect. We got a suite so it has a living room with a kitchen and a separate bedroom with a bathroom.

It was like being in a tiny Eden right off the beaten path. I was happy with the garden scene.

The rooms were outdated but not a deal breaker. The heat in my room didn’t work. Nor did the phone to call the front desk. So I went to the lobby and told the manager. He told me to crank the heat to 80. After it was cranked all the way up for a few hours, the temp in the room had not gone up. So I asked for a new room. They put me in a new room that was in a dark, dead-end corner of the parking lot. As a solo female traveler, I didn’t feel safe. Went into new room, the thermostat was already cranked to high, and the room was cold. I couldn’t stay in there. Went to the front desk, checked out, and then had a comfortable stay at La Quinta across the street.

It was a decent stay, very quiet. There was a good amount of food choices, grocery stores, other places to shop, and car repair shops in the area close to 99.

Sufficient
This is an older property, dated but fit our needs. The property is quaint with all the fruit trres and roses it has a very cozy feel. We were a party of 5 adults and the 2 room suite worked out perfectly for our 2 night stay. Pros - room was clean, spacious with flat-screen TV's in each room. Plenty of seating with a sofa and love seat abd chairs. A kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Property has excellent water pressure and water temperature. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons - Microwave did not work, not all outlets worked, limited TV channels,Room got very sruffy the first night despite A/C supposed to be on, the temp in one room got up to 81 degrees at one point. Despite being told that the A/C was working it did not seem to be, thankfully the temperature was cooler the second day of our stay and the temperature of our room was acceptable. After checking in, when we got to our room the housekeeper notified us that our room wasn't ready and she took the time to go to the ftont desk and let them know that and the front desk promptly moved us to another room. Then later that afternoon another family was given keys for our room and entered our room, again the front desk took care of the matter promptly but that should not have happened.

The ladies cleaning up around the front desk, did not know any English thank God I know how to speak Spanish and she said I’ll have to wait about 10 minutes for somebody to check in. I could believe she meant 10 minutes. She met all 10 minutes. The worst part was cigarette smoke coming from the other room I had to get up at five in the morning and put my head outside, thinking it was outside and it wasn’t so I had to be coming from under the door from the other room. The cable was terrible no channels whatsoever can’t relax and watch anything Wi-Fi was terrible and some of the lights were broken. I probably won’t stay here anymore after five times

The staff was very nice. This place is a series of bungalows with trees and plant all around - very excellent. However, 1) Hot tub had not jets - it was just like sitting in a tub at home 2) Breakfast was beyond terrible - little pastries and cut-up hot dogs in the warming tray 3) This place has antennae TV only - - they use an aerial on the roof - - every poor TV. But that probably saves them money 4) Rooms are very nice, but bathroom is exactly from 1977 - - shower knob falls off in your hand. I was not happy.

We had a good stay with our family. The 2 bedroom made it very convenient for the 6 of us. The staff was very nice. The only problem was the ants in the kitchen and the ac didnt work very good. The grounds were beautiful with fruit tree's and flowers.

The staff at the hotel were friendly. Coincidentally, the end table that had the tip envelope on it had a big sticky spot on it. The neighborhood is sketchy. We liked the private entrance with the little patio and the pool.
