I've stayed at this hotel 7 or 8 times now -- it's one of my go-to spots. It's conveniently located, cute as hell (the rooms make for GREAT selfies/cute pictures), and usually delightful!
This time, though, things felt a little off. Multiple of the outlets in the room didn't work (I ended up having to charge my phone on the other side of the room because all the outlets next to my side of the bed didn't work) and both bedside lamps were burned out. There was only one robe in the bathroom, too.
Additionally, they have replaced all the coffeemakers with Nespresso machines. Theoretically: awesome. In practice: they vibrate so loud that you can hear all your floormates/up-and-down neighbors making coffee in the morning. Very disruptive if you're trying to sleep in!
I realize that hotels have their ups and downs, and again, if you want an adorably aesthetic and super cozy hotel, I will always recommend this.
But the fit-and-finish wasn't quite there this time.
