Do be careful, as lifeguards only patrol the area during the day between May and September. The Pontardawe Arts Centre is a traditional theatre in Neath Port Talbot. It is a historic establishment to the locals, having once housed the Pontardawe Public Hall back in 1908. Today, this multi-purpose venue features a variety of entertainment facilities, including a refurbished performance studio and a surround-sound cinema capable of seating 450 people.
An art gallery displaying masterpieces from local and international artists known as the Oriel Lliw is part of the Pontardawe Arts Centre. If you’d like to enjoy a drink, there’s an in-house bar at the theatre entrance.

The Clyne Gardens is a large botanical garden between the village of Mumbles and Mayals. Spanning 19 hectares of greenery, it’s well-known for its abundance in rare flowers that change with the season.
The Clyne Gardens is also where you’ll find the tallest recorded Magnolia tree in Britain.
