When we first arrived at check in, we had a HUGE issue getting inside the building. We hit traffic and it was going to be after midnight before we arrived. I called the front desk to let them know that It would be after midnight so they didn't give our reservation away. I then called back and said we will be there in approximately one hour. The lady advised me that she would be watching for us, and let us in. We arrived and stood outside for 45 minutes trying to get inside. During this time I hit the intercom button several times, I called the hotel myself, and I then called the 1800 number for Hyatt. I knocked on the windows and finally another guest came out and let us in. We walked upstairs to check in and their was no one at the desk. We stood for a minute and about 5 minutes later someone came to the desk. The lady was very apologetic but we we're aggravated and tired at this point. We had been on the road 12 hours, and just wanted to go to bed. The next morning we woke up, and I went outside our room and saw the housekeeper there. I asked for some coffee and creamer, because it wasn't in the room. Their was a coffeemaker but not any coffee or creamer. She said she had to go downstairs to retrieve it, and I told her I didn't mind to go downstairs and ask the front desk or follow her down to get it, and she assured me she would bring it to my room. She never came back up, and I ran into her later that moring and noticed her nametag said housekeeping supervisor.
