Very easy to go the beach, they provide chairs, towels and umbrella for shade, housekeeping was amazing, friendly personnel at the front desk answer all of my questions, would definitely return to the hotel in the future

Perfect location and amenities
So glad we found this place! The location was perfect on Seven Mile Beach. We could walk to food, shopping, and the beach. The free breakfast options filled us up till dinner. The convenience of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas made the beach time a breeze. Room was large and comfortable with dinnerware stocked. Not mention the crafe of Tap water in the fridge was awesome. Who needs bottles when you have great tasting tap water. Staff was pleasent and offered great suggestions. Plus some of the island interest (turtles and string ray operators) will pick you up right at the hotel free of charge.

Great location
The staff was amazing, very helpful and so kind! They gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit. The hotel rooms were clean and nice. Location is great, right in the heart of Grand Cayman where you can walk to many great places.

Loved Locale!
The food at Bonfire was so good that we ate there 3 times! Tyler (I think that was her name) spoke to us as we left. She seemed genuinely concerned with our experience. The room was comfortable and clean. I got a massage and pedicure at Spacation, we got ice cream at Scoops, and we made purchases at the shop. Each staff person we encountered greeted us with a smile and kind word. The cleaning personnel were very accommodating to our erratic schedule! We walked nearly everywhere while visiting and enjoyed eating at Cimboco across the street. There were many restaurants/food stands! If I could change one thing it would be to lower the thermostat by another degree or two. It’s locked at 72 or above. However, it was a pleasant stay and amazingly priced for the location. Overall this was a fantastic place to stay!! If you’re on the fence, do it. Locale is wonderful!

Incredibly helpful staff. Delicious fresh breakfast included. Easy walk to public beach, with ability to walk further up the beach for lunch at one of the waterfront dining spots. Really enjoyed this hotel.

Great Location, Comfortable Room, Wonderful Staff
The Locale is perfectly situated in the middle of the famed Seven Mile Beach area. We were a few minutes walking from the beach, and great shopping and restaurants. If you need to drive anywhere, and we did a lot, again, the hotel is in a great spot. Also, you get a very nice hot, complimentary breakfast at the downstairs restaurant each morning of your stay. The room was modern, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. And the hotel keeps it that way. Lots of room to spread out. Quiet too. Even before we arrived, members of the staff were super attentive to our inquiries. They genuinely cared about our visit, start to finish. The manager, Tyler, is caring and nice, and staff members follow that lead. Front desk staff are friendly, authentic, and contain a wealth of local information, with a personal touch, unlike what we heard from others about more famous nearby hotels, and their staff who simply go through the motions. In fact, on the plane out of Grand Cayman on the way home, I sat next to a successfull businessman who could stay anywhere, and he had high praise for The Locale. Special thanks to Cher, who works the front desk. She gave us important information before our arrival, and while we stayed. And she even arranged for us to get into our room a few hours before the designated check-in time, and we did arrive well before then. This nice convenience never happened to us before, and it allowed us to get settled and get going with our vacation without delay. Thank you!

Grand Cayman Comfort
Great location, but okay views. Perfect spot for an economically priced hotel in Grand Cayman. The rooms are really nice, staff is great and breakfast included. Lots of parking and close to the beach.

This hotel lists free breakfast,parking and wifi. No mention of resort fees. When we booked there was a $35 a night resort fee When we checked into the hotel we asked what the resort fee covered. We were told it covers breakfast, parking , wifi and pool. So not really free anything. Also list beach as a 3 minute walk. It was more like a 15 minute walk and though they do offer the use of beach chairs at hotel we were not going to drag them that far. The front desk was helpful and the room was larger and quiet. We had no hot water the first day and then after that was fixed we lost water pressure frequently

Best Hotel in the World So Far!
It was amazing to stay, I have staying in top branded hotels. This hotel is next level. I would request all the top hotels to learn for this Hotel. Alison in the front desk was very welcoming, will go out of the way to help. Sunita in Restaurant was excellent. I would come back and will stay with my family.

While we were disappointed that the beach is not as close as indicated we were very impressed with the hotel accommodations and the staff The staff was instrumental in helping us find the beach we were expecting and getting back and forth to it We would stay there again and recommend it as a great place to stay

A great property and the staff are really friendly. Paul was awesome at check-in and I appreciated the very personal welcoming that wasn’t staged. Everyone very polite and the bar/restaurant team were equally as great.
