The property itself is very nice. The rooms are on the smaller side, but well designed. It worked well for our family of 3 and a dog. The front desk staff were not the best though. They were unwelcoming and terse when we checked in, and then when we had a noise complaint btwn 10-11p for the room above, they were curt and did not appear to have taken any action to try to notify the room above, even though they said they had. We ended up knocking on the door of the room above to ask them to lessen their stomping, and they apologized and immediately stopped. We spoke to a manager the next day who was great and apologized, but we were very frustrated that we had to take matters into our own hands due to front desk staff not willing to follow their protocol for noise complaints and doing not even the bare minimum of their jobs. Although the property was nice and I thought good value, I don’t think I would stay here again due to the level of service.
