A good stay. Mini fridge would be nice for travellers. Self check in was good, tho others seemed to have problems. Staff was friendly and responsive. our price through expedia came in much higher than listed prices. Overall good for what it is.

Gute und günstige Unterkunft, absolut zu empfehlen

Prima Hotel für die Erkundung von Aachen. Leider ist das Viertel etwas schmutzig. Hierfür kann das Hotel aber sicher nichts. Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Insgesamt ein Top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Für den Preis in Ordnung. Was eine Frechheit ist, es wird mit einem Parkplatz geworben. Aber dieser ist ein Öffentliches Parkhaus. Dieses ist sehr Teuer.

Der Mann an der Rezeption hat uns beim Check in in ein benetztes Zimmer geschickt. Dann das neue Zimmer hatte kein Kissen oder Bettwäsche für das zweite Bett. Wenn es gekommen ist musste ich selber beziehen.

Fine and comfortable stay close to old town

No complaints! Staff was quick to switch us to a bigger room when we notified them that our assigned room wasn’t clean/ready, Frederick was very attentive and room was comfortable and had what we needed. Perfect location to old town.

Die Mittarbeiter rauchen in der Eingangstür und der ganze Flur/Frühstückstam stingen nach Zigaretten. Das nicht stören Schild wird missachtet und mein Zimmer wurde ungewollt aufgesucht. Also keine Wertsachen auf dem Zimmer lassen. Sonst für eine Nacht ausreichend. Checkin nur über einen Automaten.

Great value hotel in a central location.

I was here for a couple of nights as it is well priced for a central hotel in Aachen in December. Its an Ibis Budget, so no frills, but shower was good, bed was comfortable. Yes, they are a little rough around the edges, but for the price, its good value. My only resrvation is that the local area is not brilliant - its near the bus station so quite busy, lots of kebab shops etc., but 10 minutes walk and you are in the CBD.

Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung; einzige Kritikpunkte sind, dass ungewaschene Äpfel angeboten wurden (das Etikett war noch dran) und kein anderes Obst und dass es heißes Wasser für Tee nur an der Maschine für die ganzen Kaffeemixgetränke gab. Davon gab es nur eine, was schnell zu einer Schlange geführt hat.

Ekstremt enkelt. Desværre manglede der sengetøj til den 3. seng på værelset, så vi måtte dele, da der ikke var noget personale, vi kunne kontakte om dette. Der manglede lys på toilettet halvdelen af tiden. Det ene af vores 2 værelser var et rygerværelse, fordi der ikke var andet ledigt. Det er mig en gåde, at der stadig findes rygerværelser på den slags standardhoteller.
