I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
Room Condition: The room was in poor condition, with a musty smell and old, uncomfortable bedding that clearly hasn't been updated in years. It felt more like a run-down budget motel than a hotel with any sort of standard.
Pool: The pool area was even worse. The water was green and looked completely neglected. It is clear that the pool has not been properly maintained in at least five years. It was impossible to consider using it, and it was disappointing to see such poor facilities.
General Cleanliness:
The overall cleanliness of the hotel did not meet basic standards. I could find cleaner accommodations elsewhere in the area for a similar price.
I attempted to request a refund for the one night I stayed, but because I booked through HOTELs.com, I was unable to resolve the matter directly with the hotel.
I feel that the room I was provided with was not worth the price I paid, and I honestly believe that the value of the room was closer to $3-5 per night, and i pay $60 it’s really not far tome
There are many other hotels nearby that offer much better quality, cleanliness, and service, and I will certainly be recommending them to others instead of your establishment.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter and would like to know how you plan to address these concerns.
