My stay there was cut short as they could not offer me a blanket at night, i was expected to sleep with only a duvet cover in such a cold night and there is a river stream alongside the house. When i went to the caretaker she said there is nothing she can do as they did not give her a blanket for my room, she then told me there was another guest in another room who was given two blankets and thats when i demanded she requests that guest to release on to me. On my arrival on Saturday, i checked in and changed my outfits and went to the mall. on my return to my room i found that my personal staff, clothes were folded back into my bag, meaning they went through my things. This is how guest things gets lost. I told they owner that i do not appreciate that her employees pack my suitcase especially without getting my permission, they could have just closed the windows and left. I checked out of Sunday 10 am instead of Monday as i felt that the services are not to my expectation and found alternative accommodation for the Sunday. I did leave my banking details and asked that i be refunded for the one night. I would appreciate if you can assist in following this up.
